Over the past fourteen years, Mr. Fanarof has been recognized throughout Southern California by dozens of organizations as the pioneer of quality, handcrafted pizza for delivery and pickup. During this time, Sid has developed ten successful zpizza restaurants. Mr. Fanarof grew up in the restaurant business and has been the creative inspiration for a number of successful business ventures. Sid received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Chapman University. Rick DeMarco is an industry veteran having held positions in his 30 year career from Sous Chef to Chief Operating Officer of high profile restaurant companies.Amir Sabetian is a former California Pizza Kitchen professional of 16 years. He has held numerous positions in his tenure such as Kitchen Manager, General Manager, Field Operations Manager, Opening Team Leader, Management Trainer, and Operations Troubleshooter. Mr. Sabetian has been involved with the opening of 23 California Pizza Kitchen restaurants and worked at over 40 different CPK locations throughout the country.
